| Renting Contract |
Rental amount is for time out, not time used.
To pay cleaning charges if required. To clean before return.
To pay for repairs other than ordinary wear and tear.
To service equipment while on rent.
To allow lessor to pick up equipment when deposit expires.
Responsibility for loss, theft or mysterious disappearance of the equipment rented.
An indemnity of 20% will be charged on all accounts subject to legal procedures.
Merchandise remains the property of Bravo Location Rentals Inc until the price has been fully paid.

| Damage Waiver |
The lessee agrees to pay an additional fee on the rental amount and in return, the lessor agrees to renounce certain claims for damage to rented item(s). resulting from an accident. This clause does not restrict the insurer's right to subrogate, and does not replace all risk insurance coverage that the lessee is required to maintain on the rented equipment.
